2009 Annual Rock to North Little Rock St. Patrick's Day Parade

Parade Entry Check-in Times: 

11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 
(We ask that float entries arrive as early as possible for placement.)

Parade Start Time:

1:00 p.m.

Prizes:             

Best Float - $200.00
Best Decorated Car, Truck, or Motorcycle - $100.00
Most entertaining group - $100.00
Best Dressed Walker - $50
Best and Most Festive Leprechaun - $50
Judges for the awards will not be associated with the parade organization.

Route: 

The 2009 Annual Rock to North Little Rock St. Patrick's Day Parade begins at 1 p.m. on World Ave. (near the Clinton Presidential Library and Heifer International) and goes left on Third, right on Kumpuris, left on President Clinton traveling through River Market and crossing the Main Street Bridge to the Argenta Historic District in North Little Rock ending at Sixth & Main.

Dancing at the Crossroads:

Following the Parade there will be a Dancing at the Crossroads event for the public at the outside stage near Cregeen's Irish Pub at Main and Broadway in North Little Rock.

The event will feature a display of traditional Irish dancing (by the McCafferty School of Irish Dance and the O'Donovan School of Irish Dance) and Celtic music (by the Lyon College Pipe Band from Lyon College in Batesville, Arkansas, Shamrock Strings and singer/songwriter Peg Roach Loyd among others)
